How much does it "cost" to own a 2002-2004 745 BMW? As far as basic upkeep, maintenance, etc...?

Ok so I own a 2002 Cadillac Deville (love big cars) and I learned that things on the Cadillac are more expensive than on other cars, but still most of the basic things can be done at a regular place like Midas, things such as oil changes, brake changes, etc. The only thing I can't do is a transmission fluid change.

So how is the upkeep on a BMW 2002-2004 cost? Can you take it to a regular place to do fluid changes? How about brakes? I'm not a big person on dealerships (they overcharge) but some cars are built to literally make you take them to the dealership. How much does it %26quot;cost%26quot; to own a 2002-2004 745 BMW? As far as basic upkeep, maintenance, etc...?
well, i can answer this one in two words: A FORTUNEHow much does it %26quot;cost%26quot; to own a 2002-2004 745 BMW? As far as basic upkeep, maintenance, etc...?
What is people's obsession's with buying a used luxury car that they probably couldn't afford when it was brand new? The maintenance and upkeep are not that much worse, only the parts because they are high quality (strong+light). But if something goes wrong with the iDrive, good luck at an oil changers. If you are concerned about the tiny extra cost for maintenance for a high end car, you shouldn't buy a BMW. Besides, that car is ugly. Why do you think they gave it a facelift (2005)? Any enthusiast knows Chris bangle flushed the awesome old styling down the toilet.
