Brake system fluid leak? From inside of piston.?

Ok, here's the story. Today i changed my brake pads for a first time. First of i had issue with this piston which was preventing me from inserting whole thing.. so i was trying figure out how to do that... so i pushed brakes and this thing came out more... I was like wth... but then i pushed 1 more time to make sure... Then i asked my friend what to do and he said that i have to push it in with scredriver (there's whole in this big thing so i had support... While pushing i got some brake fluid leak and now this thing dropping from this piston thing...

Could someone help me... I took test drive after.. looks like everything is working... but i fluid is leaking...Brake system fluid leak? From inside of piston.?
you now need a new brake caliper, never use a screwdriver to push the piston back in, you need a c-clamp to do that job, don't drive the car until you get it fixed as you will lose all your brake fluid and your brakes plus you will soak the new brake pads with fluid and ruin them and have to buy new brake pads.Brake system fluid leak? Do not drive it any further - you are going to lose your brakes at worse, or contaminate the new pads with brake fluid at best.

I highly recommend that you have the caliper replaced or rebuilt - I suspect that you have damaged the seal on the piston.Brake system fluid leak? From inside of piston.?
I'm not sure, but are you pushing in the piston in the brake caliper? The caliper is where the brake pads are located. When you press down on the brake pedal, brake fluid pressure builds inside the brake lines and that causes the calipers to squeeze the brake pads onto the disc and stops the car. It sounds to me like you pushed in the caliper piston to make room for the new brake pads which are thicker. This is the right thing to do in order to make them fit, otherwise there is no space. But, when you push in the caliper piston, you are making brake fluid pressure inside your brake lines the same way as when you push down on the pedal. The fluid pressure has to be relieved somewhere. Now, where is the fluid leaking from? Is it the part under the hood where you pour fluid into this little round container with a black top? If that is where the leak is coming from, then everything is ok, it just means that when you pushed the piston in, it made the brake fluid spill over in this container because that is the Brake Cylinder and it supplies the fluid to all brakes. Just make sure that it is properly filled to the %26quot;Maximum%26quot; line and wipe off any that may have touched your car, this fluid will eat your paint.

If the leak is coming from anywhere else, you need to have a mechanic take a look because then it could be more serious. If there is a leak, then there is less brake pressure and that could be dangerous. I hope this long answer helps you.
